$TLT is near a 20-year low. I’m adding to bonds and hedging with $HOOD, which I view as a cash-infusion beneficiary and growth champion.

$O has dropped on the latest earnings report. Investors are afraid of the increase in lease breaks and the further push into Europe. Worries are justified, but the impact is minimal. Shifting 2% from cash into Realty Income.

Gold is continuing to pay. I’m taking 2% and moving 1% into cash, and 1% into $EQNR on historically extended oul/gold ratio.

Gold rockets higher. I’m taking 1% of profits and 4% of cash to establish a temporary 9th position. $TLT offers potential for medium-term appreciation while also locking in a 4.5% return on cash.

Gold has had a big impulse higher on a technical breakout. I’ve removed 5%. 3% has gone to cash and 2% into Equinor as it’s down from its geopolitical spike.
