Trimming a bit of LEU (post Q3 revenue miss) and adding it to NEE (Google nuclear pipeline).

Adding in WULF, removing SMR as it’s stalled/no clear clear execution path.

Trimming a few (OKLO, LEU, SMR) to lock gains - reduce volitility a bit (~5.5). Adding to the safer bets (ENB, NEE).
