$INFINITY·Josh Hatfield

Rebalancing following Q2 results from RKLB and ASTS and opening a 5% starter position in SPCX. I viewed both RKLB and ASTS as strong updates for their respective long-term theses. Rocket Lab posted record revenue and backlog, guided to another record revenue quarter, and continued adding major launch and national-security contracts. AST SpaceMobile expanded its network to 13 satellites in orbit, increased contracted backlog to approximately $1.3 billion, maintained its 2026 revenue outlook, and continued progressing toward commercial service. Both stocks initially saw negative market reactions that I believe were misplaced. The underlying execution remains strong, and both companies appear on track for very productive years if they continue meeting their current milestones. I am modestly increasing both core positions while keeping their allocations controlled. I am also opening a 5% starter position in SPCX. SpaceX adds direct exposure to launch, Starlink connectivity, Starship, and national-security programs. I have waited through its first public earnings report and initial insider share unlock before establishing the position. I will continue monitoring valuation, xAI capital spending, and additional share unlocks before considering a larger allocation. SPCX is being funded primarily through reductions in positions that have grown above previous target weights. MDA also receives a modest increase following another quarter of profitable revenue growth and higher guidance. $INFINITY remains a speculative, highly volatile, long-term thematic portfolio. This rebalance focuses on position sizing, portfolio balance, and exposure to companies building the infrastructure of the space economy. Size your investment according to your own risk tolerance. This is not financial advice.
